Privacy notice
Put simply: we gather nothing beyond what you put in your enquiry, use it purely to handle that enquiry, and remove it once there is no further reason to keep it.
Who we are
CyPro Consulting Ltd operates CAF Assessment and this website. For any personal data submitted on cafassessment.co.uk, CyPro Consulting Ltd acts as the data controller.
What we collect, and why
When you send the enquiry form or book a call, you pass us the details you enter: your name, work email address, company, an optional phone number and your message. We hold that information for two reasons and no others: to answer your enquiry, and to deliver any work you go on to instruct. We will not sign you up to a marketing list, trade your details, or release them to third parties to use for their own ends.
Cookies
Nothing analytical loads and no optional cookies are placed until you agree through the consent banner. If analytics are ever switched on, they exist for a single reason, to show which pages are being read, and declining them leaves the site working exactly as before for you.
Spam protection
Cloudflare Turnstile guards the enquiry form, telling genuine visitors apart from automated ones by examining technical signals tied to your visit, such as your IP address and browser details. Cloudflare explains this processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Retention
Enquiry details stay with us for as long as the exchange, or any engagement arising from it, is still live. Once that ends, they are removed in line with CyPro Consulting Ltd's retention schedule.
Your rights
Every standard UK GDPR right is available to you: access to the data we hold, correction of it, erasure of it, a limit on how it is used, or an objection to the processing altogether. To use any of these, get in touch through the contact page and we will come back to you promptly.
